infrastructure and buys chicks for rearing, growing, the selected committed women and
youth from the community are given the responsibility to do the chicken management such
as preparing the chicken house for the arrival of the chicks, feeding the chickens,
monitoring the conditions inside the chicken houses, including temperature, humidity, and
air quality. JNCAVTC LTD remains the responsibility to see if the community given the
responsibility are following the standard, who fails are dismissed and replaced by another
person from the community to occupy the post. The community chosen enjoys profit at
40% and 50% is given to JNCAVTC LTD and 10 % is reserved for philanthropic organization
to support people in needful.
