– Loan between USD 60,000 to USD 1 million at interest rate of 8% and loan from USD 10
millions to USD 49 million at affordable negotiable rate.
– Non-recourse loan USD 100 million for jobs creation
– Grant of 75% of USD 18,000,000 and 25 % contribution of USD 4.5 millions
– Provide equity to youths and women to run their business : buy Bicycle to transport people,
financial services as MTN & Airtel agent, Irembo services, Boutiques and other legal goods,
acquisition of motorcycle, three-wheel motorcycle.
These services are available in Rwanda, in 2024 up wards will be available to the other
countries of Africa.
